Dr. Albert Lila born on July 22, 1967 in Gjakova, Kosovo.

Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Prishtina. Later, he specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2019 he completed his doctoral studies at the University of Zagreb.

He is the author of several scientific and lecture publications at the University “Fehmi Agani”.
During this time he held these positions:
– Head of the Gynecological Cabinet at the National Institute of Occupational Medicine in Gjakova.
– Vice President of the Association of Gynecologists and Obstetricians of Kosovo.
